Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


To start a return, you can contact us at sales@makassembled.co.uk If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. As of now, we do not offer free returns, therefore it is the buyers responsibility to cover the cost of returns. We recommend using a service which insures you for the goods.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Products can only be replaced if they are damaged. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return,. You’ll be automatically refunded the amount of your purchase (excluding costs of delivery) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Free express shipping on all orders
  • We aim to dispatch orders made before 2pm the same day 
  • Estimated delivery time is 1-2 days
NOTE:
  • Orders are only dispatched when full payment is received
  • Orders made after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day 
 
LATE OR LOST ORDERS
Issues occurred during shipping are out of our control and are the responsibility of the shipping service. If the product does not arrive in the given time frame please contact our support team via email at sales@makassembled.co.uk

Warranty

Our pieces are assembled to last a lifetime, we are fully committed to creating and providing the best standard of jewellery, which is why we offer a life time warrant for all of our products.

Email sales@makassembled.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damaged piece, and we’ll sort you out with a free replacement or store credit to spend on something else.

Please note: Our Lifetime Warranty only covers accidental damage. lost, stolen or damaged jewellery via a third-party is not covered.

 

 

Care Guide

  • Store carefully Keep sterling silver jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Store each piece individually to prevent scratching and tangling. 

  • Clean regularly Clean sterling silver jewelry daily with a polishing cloth before putting it away. You can also clean it with warm water and gentle soap to remove dirt and buildup. 

  • Wear often Wearing sterling silver jewelry often can help prevent tarnishing because the natural oils from your skin clean the silver. 

  • Avoid chemicals Sterling silver is sensitive to certain chemicals, so avoid exposing it to cosmetics, household cleaning products, or chlorinated water. 

  • Wipe with a soft cloth Gently wipe your silver jewelry with a soft, dry cloth every two weeks to prevent tarnishing and yellowing
